Hello, my name is Tracy Carroll. I am a Kaitūhono/Connector with the Mana Whaikaha team.

I was born and raised in the Wairarapa. I live in Palmerston North, having moved into the Manawatu region 12 years ago with my husband and three children.

I have been involved with the disability community most of my life, and have been working in the sector for just over 10 years. I have been working with families across the entire MidCentral DHB region and am happy to continue to do this.

I have experience in working alongside families, assisting them to navigate processes for:

  • Oranga Tamariki
  • Youth Justice
  • Strengthening Families, and
  • Ministry of Education and Children’s Team.

I am very passionate about working alongside children, young people, and their families. I want to ensure they have the information and tools they require to identify their aspirations and dreams for the future. I believe that every person should feel confident to live a life that is enjoyable and fulfilling to them.

I would really like the opportunity to work with you and your family on your journey towards inclusiveness within the new system.
