MidCentral Repeat Survey 2021

The MidCentral Repeat Survey 2021, was completed in June 2021 and was a repeat of the 2018 Baseline Survey, conducted prior to the establishment of Mana Whaikaha.
The surveys compare the experiences of disabled people, tāngata whaikaha Māori and whānau before and after the MidCentral region began the system transformation prototype, Mana Whaikaha.
This study was commissioned by the Ministy of Health and conducted by Standards and Monitoring Services (SAMS).
