Disability Information Centres survey

The Federation of Disability Information Centres survey is for people who have difficulty in accessing information.

The Federation of Disability Information Centres would like to hear from people who have complex support and/or information needs and want to know how these needs could be better met in the future. The survey is targeted at information needs for people who have difficulty in accessing information.

We understand that in many instances it is the family or other support carers who might need and access the information, either on behalf of the disabled person or themselves. We hope the information you provide can help you and others get better and more timely information in the future.

Sapere Research Group is running the survey independently for the Federation of Disability Information Centres and responses are anonymous. The survey is short and shouldn't take you very long to complete.

The survey is open from Monday 8th October till 6pm on Thursday 18 October 2018.

We thank you in advance for participating and sharing your experiences.
