Community Kaitūhono/Connectors

There are two community organisations offering a Kaitūhono/Connector service.

My Life My Voice and Te Tihi o Ruahine Whānau Ora Alliance are community services contracted by the Ministry of Health to deliver a Kaitūhono/Connector Service.
