Our Vision and Values

The vision for Mana Whaikaha and Enabling Good Lives is:

In the future, disabled people and their whanau will have greater choice and control over their lives and supports and make more use of natural and universally available support.

To implement this vision Mana Whaikaha will:

• Generate opportunities for people to envision a personally meaningful future
• Promote individual choice for people to lead lives that are both purposeful and aspirational
• Empower people with choice, opportunity, and belief to create and realise their aspirations
• Support communities to include disabled people more confidently in all aspects of community life

Mana Whaikaha has a responsive approach to working alongside people to assist with self-determining and self-managing in the access of supports and services.

Mana Whaikaha promotes supports and services which deliver measurable outcomes and lead people to maximise their potential.
